Artist Statement
My name is Stella Jezebelle Velasco-Ogues. I am a self-taught makeup artist. Though I have not attended a makeup school and I am not certified, I get paid for what I do, thus I am a professional. I do many kinds of makeup from daily, to fashion, to bridal and others. I am a beauty blogger and a youtuber as well.I write about beauty stuffs from product reviews to make up tutorials.
I believe that fab and glam is not about money,
but it’s about how you pull it off and carry.
